Proposed FAA fines and other sanctions

The Federal Aviation Administration publishes a quarterly compilation of closed enforcement actions against regulated aviation entities where that closure includes either a civil penalty, a suspension of a certificate, or revocation of a certificate.

Regulated aviation entities that hold an FAA certificate issued include airlines, repair stations, airports, and flight training organizations. Security related enforcement actions are handled by the TSA.
